Sound Bath Meditation

Please join us for a 45-minute group sound therapy session featuring Himalayan singing bowls with some light meditation.

Sound Therapy produces profound relaxation, bringing the receivers brain wave frequencies into an alpha or theta state; these are frequencies used to heal on a cellular level. Sound reinstates health and wellbeing by restoring the natural frequencies of our body, mind, and energy.

Restorative Yoga

6 Week Cycle Fit

To help prepare for the 2020 outdoor riding season, now is the time to make a significant improvement in cycling-specific fitness. This session will start with longer threshold intervals and progress to shorter, higher intensity VO2 max intervals. These are the meat and potatoes workouts that will truly make a difference in cycling performance.

Motivate, Move & Melt

Join Sofia and Christy for 45 minutes of strength and endurance training combined with 45 minutes of MELTing. Christy and Sofia have teamed up to provide a collaborative training program series. This program is specifically designed to gain strength, increase endurance, and reach optimal muscle activation and recovery through MELTing techniques. These techniques will hydrate the connective tissue, release tension in fascia, and wake up the nervous system to increase balance and proper communication throughout the body.

Souful Saturdays

Join Morgan Kulas for Soulful Saturday, a heart-centered and playful opportunity to advance your personal practice. Soulful Saturday will begin with a brief lesson inspired by the various wisdom traditions, such the Yogic Tradition or the Celtic Tradition. A challenging asana sequence will follow, where poses like inversions, backbends, arm balances and deep twists will be workshopped using the support of traditional props and the aerial hammock. A 20 minute guided meditation will
close the evening to leave you feeling inspired and awake.

Circuit Boxing

This Circuit Boxing class uses the traditional skills of frontal defense from Boxing and the counter attack/quick response from Muay Thai along with cardio & weights to offer a compre- hensive workout. The circuit format will move through exercises on multiple muscle groups one right after the other.


Martial arts are a great way to improve balance, flexibility and coordination while also challenging your mind – all in a fun and safe environment!
