Pilates Spinal Correction
This targeted Pilates series is designed to support spinal health, improve posture, and address common imbalances caused by modern life, athletic demands, and repetitive movement patterns. Through mindful movement, core stabilization, and precise alignment work, you’ll reconnect with your spine and build sustainable strength from the inside out.

Spring Equinox Yoga
Awaken your energy to the light of spring and renewal. Shiva is the deity of cosmic transformation and rebirth. Welcome back the sunlight and longer days of the Spring Equinox with an all-levels flow, light-centered meditation, and Shiva mantra, or chanting. Please bring a mala if you have one; if not, just come as you are!

Sound Bowl Meditation
Sound Therapy produces profound relaxation, bringing the receiver's brain wave frequencies into an alpha or theta state; these are frequencies used to heal on a cellular level. Sound restores health and well-being by restoring the natural frequencies of our body, mind, and energy. Please join us for a 60-minute group sound therapy session featuring Quartz Crystal bowls with some light meditation.
