AquaFit
A fun, energizing full-body workout designed to improve strength, cardio endurance, balance, and mobility while being gentle on the joints. Set in the pool, this low-impact class uses the natural resistance of water to challenge the body without the wear and tear of traditional land-based workouts. Perfect for all fitness levels, AquaFit blends movement, music, and community for an uplifting workout that leaves you feeling strong, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.

Hybrid Performance Challenge
Train with purpose and discover what you're capable of in this six-week HYROX-inspired performance challenge. Whether you're preparing for your first hybrid event, looking to improve your endurance and strength, or simply ready to challenge yourself in a supportive team environment, this program is designed to help you build confidence and measurable fitness.

Celestial Stillness: Yoga Under the Stars
Join us under the Colorado sky for a guided yoga and meditation experience timed with the height of the Perseid meteor shower. Led by Rachel Glowacki, this evening begins with a lunar-inspired flow, followed by a period of stillness under the stars and concludes with a restorative sound bath. All levels welcome. Bring a sense of wonder and let the night sky lead you inward.

Restorative + Sound Bath
Immerse in deep relaxation with this restorative yoga and sound bath experience. Gentle postures and healing vibrations guide the body to release tension, calm the vagus nerve, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. A journey inward to reset, restore, and harmonize mind, body, and spirit through sound and stillness.

Sound Bowl Meditation
Sound Therapy produces profound relaxation, bringing the receiver's brain wave frequencies into an alpha or theta state; these are frequencies used to heal on a cellular level. Sound restores health and well-being by restoring the natural frequencies of our body, mind, and energy. Please join us for a 60-minute group sound therapy session featuring Quartz Crystal bowls with some light meditation.
