SPA & SALON GUIDELINES
EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 16, 2020
Please know that the health and safety of our members and associates is our top priority and we are following the advice and guidelines of Eagle County, the CDC, and Marriott International. Here is what we are doing:
Preventing the spread of the virus:

Conducting symptom and temperature checks for both the employees and clients

All associates and clients must wear masks during the entire service

Providing Service by appointment only (no walk-ins or waiting lines)

Require customers to wear cloth face coverings or masks, only perform services that can be done without a customer removing their mask

Providing contactless payment options

Plexi shields placed in high contact areas to minimize exposure between clients and associates

Hand Sanitizer stationed throughout the facility and high touch doors
-
Hand washing before and after treatment by both the guest and therapist in the treatment room
-
Doors kept open where possible

Staff training and certification in Sanitation practices

Increased housekeeping presence in the salon, spa retail, massage rooms, and restrooms

Hospital-grade cleaning agents in use
Social Distancing:

Staff are to ensure a minimum of 6ft of separation between customers when not directly performing service

Limit the number of Staff on schedule according to social distancing guidelines

Hot Tubs are open. Four people per hot tub or seven household members. Please limit use to 20 minutes.

Pool is open and can have up to 35 people at one time.

Pool lap lanes are available by reservation and are limited to 1 person per lane or 2 per household.

Steam rooms & saunas remain closed according to Eagle County regulations.

Locker rooms open for restroom, lockers, vanity, showers, and waiting area with distancing guidelines.
Here is how clients can assist in keeping a safe environment:

Stay at home if sick

While we will take every precaution, we can, these measures and guidelines do not ensure protection from exposure to the virus in every situation, and caution and vigilance are advised.
