SPA ANJALI POLICIES
All hotel guests, 16 years of age or older, may enjoy daily use of Athletic Club fitness facilities and lap pool. The use of spa facilities is complimentary with the purchase of a spa treatment. Hotel guests not purchasing a spa treatment may use the Spa Anjali facilities for $25 per day. Outside guests may use the Athletic Club for $50 per day and both Spa and Fitness facilities for $90. The Athletic Club fee for outside guests includes a group fitness class on the day of usage.
Make your reservations with our Spa Concierge by calling 970-790-3020. We recommend you schedule appointments well in advance to ensure your preferred treatment times. For group reservations, ask for the Spa Group Coordinator. Spa prices and services are subject to change.
Please provide 24-hour notice to avoid paying the full price of treatment. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for small groups of six or more. “No-shows” will also be charged the full treatment amount.
Service Charge / Tax
A 22% service charge and appropriate sales tax will be added to all services.
Treatments with Heat
We recommend that guests with high blood pressure, epilepsy, a cardio condition, recent surgery or who are pregnant consult with their physician before undergoing heat treatments.
The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is a cashless property.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, it may be shortened to allow the technician to be on time for his/her next appointment.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
You may request a male or female therapist for your spa service. All therapists are trained professionals who will properly drape you throughout your treatment. If you are willing to book a spa treatment with either gender, it will offer you more flexible scheduling options.
Can someone at the spa help me choose treatments?
Our Spa Concierge can assist you in planning a program that best suits your needs.
Should I let someone know about any allergies, ailments or disabilities?
Please do. Especially if you have high blood pressure, allergies or you are pregnant. Please notify your Spa Concierge at the time of booking.
What should I wear for my treatment?
As you will be draped during treatments, suggested dress for massage and most other treatments is simply a robe and slippers, which are provided. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.
May I bring my personal belongings?
While the spa does have day-use lockers, we recommend that you leave valuables in the safe provided in your guest room. Non-hotel guests are encouraged to use the spa's safety deposit boxes. Many treatments require you to remove jewelry. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate ski, snowboard or sports equipment in the spa or club.
How can I ensure an extraordinary experience?
Please openly communicate your treatment expectations. Talking with your technicians will enable them to customize your services to ensure your satisfaction.
