Training Philosophy: No one program works for everyone. The majority of competitive endurance athletes in the U.S. are over-trained. Don't get me wrong, you have to put in the time and effort to achieve your fitness goals, but that progression is different for everyone and must be carefully monitored. Communication between coach and athlete is vital. It takes a little more effort but is very rewarding to see a client reach their goals!
